Microsoft Word Keyboard Shortcuts

CTRL + Home

Go to beginning of document

CTRL + End

Go to end of document

CTRL + F

Open the Find dialogue box

CTRL + H

Open the Replace dialogue box

CTRL + K

Insert a Hyperlink

CTRL + Q

Remove Paragraph formatting

CTRL + T

Create a Hanging Indent

Excel Tip of the Month - Working with Charts

 

To create a new Chart Sheet quickly, simply select any cell within your data and press the F11 function key

 

Double click any part of a chart to open the Format dialogue box for that object

 

To change the chart type, right-click the chart and choose Chart Type from the menu

 

 

Word Tip of the Month - Tables

 

If you are in the last cell of a Word Table and you need another row, simply press the TAB key on your keyboard to create another row.

 

If you have started a Table at the top of a document and cannot position your cursor above the table - Use the CTRL+Home key combination then press the Enter key to move your table down.
