Classroom Style

Classroom style, hands-on sessions that can be based on standard course content or tailored to meet specific needs. The key aim of a tutor led training session will be to teach the delegates by taking them step by step through a series of exercises, using supplied Dell laptops, with a maximum class size of 6 people.

Consultancy & Accelerated Learning

Training on a one-to-one basis offers a very focused learning approach for people who have specific needs or problems within their computing environment. These courses are flexible on both time and content and can be run on or off-site.

Topics can be chosen from the standard course overviews, or a pre-training assessment can be carried out to create a course of “hands on” exercises which will address the topics in depth.

These courses are ideal for managers and professionals who have limited time and want answers to queries on their chosen topics without sitting through a standard course and working at the pace of the slowest delegate.

Workshops

These are normally sessions that follow on from basic training for people who don’t need to attend a full day Intermediate/Advanced course, but may need training on specific topics such as the Word Mail Merge feature, Excel Charts or Pivot Tables, Animating a PowerPoint slide show etc.

Clinics & Floorwalking

Clinics target the specific needs of a particular group of users with the focus on achieving an effective solution within their computing environment.

A floorwalker is simply a software training expert who will visit your premises and assist users with application queries on a one-to-one basis. This is the ideal solution for users who have particular problems with documents, or who have had basic training and need more guidance once back at their desks.

Floorwalking can also be used for a software upgrade rollout, especially useful for companies planning an Office 2007 upgrade to help users migrate seamlessly into their new environment.
