During the past six months we have carried out a review of our training providers and those who have continually performed to a high standard have been selected to be incorporated within our own training brand “Escalate”; PerCom Solutions was first on the list to be selected.

We had a requirement to train all our staff in Microsoft Office 2003. Like many businesses we had a wide variation of skills. So, we needed an assessment of the existing skill levels, an agreed plan to move people up to the appropriate level and customised courses that were scheduled to make the most of the trainers and trainees time. Carole provided all these services, dealing directly and effectively with each manager and user in the business. She produced the training plans and schedules and carried out the training in our dedicated training room.

Without exception the actual training was very well received by all members of staff. Carole has a relaxed and engaging approach to training that make even the most nervous or novice user comfortable. Her knowledge of MS-Office is also to an extent that she can deal with queries from even the most challenging of trainees.

We have continued to engage Carole in other training exercises because she has the ability to pick up a subject and effectively communicate the message required.
